Current opportunities
Business Development Manager
We're one of the fastest-moving agencies in the content and growth space — and we're looking for someone who can match that pace commercially. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and sales: identifying the right brands, opening the right doors, and closing partnerships that matter.
You won't be dialling down a list. You'll be building relationships with the marketing directors, CMOs, and founders of serious B2C brands — brands that are scaling, ambitious, and ready to invest in becoming a media company. You'll need to understand our work deeply, communicate its value with precision, and know when to push and when to listen.
- Identify and qualify high-value brand partnerships across our target industries
- Lead outreach, discovery calls, and pitch processes end-to-end
- Work closely with the strategy team to tailor proposals to specific client objectives
- Manage a pipeline with discipline — accurate forecasting, timely follow-through
- Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and networking forums
- Feed market intelligence back into how we position and package our services
- 5+ years in business development, ideally within a creative, content, or growth agency
- Proven track record closing deals with mid-market or enterprise clients
- Exceptional written and verbal communication — you can write a cold email that gets opened
- Commercial fluency: you understand margin, LTV, and what makes a client valuable long-term
- You're a builder — you don't need a fully mapped process to perform
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-output environment
Podcast Producer
Podcast is one of the most powerful long-form channels for brand authority — and one of the most poorly executed. We produce podcasts for some of the most ambitious brands and founders in our portfolio, and we're looking for a producer who understands that the best shows don't just sound good. They build audiences.
This role goes beyond recording and editing. You'll be involved in shaping the editorial direction of client shows — working with founders, executives, and brand leads to develop formats that serve a strategic purpose. You'll bring a production standard that rivals the biggest shows in any category, and the strategic thinking to back it up.
- Own end-to-end podcast production for multiple client shows simultaneously
- Lead pre-production: topic development, guest research, briefing, and scheduling
- Produce, edit, and mix audio and video to broadcast standard
- Develop and maintain each show's editorial identity and tone of voice
- Collaborate with the content and distribution teams to maximise each episode's reach
- Identify emerging podcast formats and surface opportunities for client differentiation
- 3+ years producing podcasts, ideally in a commercial or agency context
- Strong editorial instincts — you know what makes a guest compelling and an episode shareable
- Proficiency in audio and video editing tools (Adobe Audition, Descript, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent)
- Experience working with busy founders or executives — you know how to extract the best from people under time pressure
- Meticulous attention to detail across every aspect of production
- An authentic passion for the medium — you listen, you study, you push the work forward
LinkedIn Growth Expert
Most LinkedIn profiles are either dormant or diluted — filled with connections who want jobs from the founder rather than buying from them. We're looking for a growth expert who can walk into a dead or misaligned account, restructure it, and turn it into a qualified inbound channel.
This is not a management role. We need someone who understands the mechanics of LinkedIn authority: content architecture, audience curation, engagement loops, and profile positioning that attracts the right decision-makers. You'll be responsible for revamping and scaling both my personal brand and select client accounts — many of which have large but irrelevant follower bases that need deliberate repositioning.
- Audit, restructure, and reposition LinkedIn profiles to attract qualified inbound rather than casual followers
- Design and execute content strategies that convert profile visibility into commercial conversations
- Curate and clean follower bases where necessary to align audience composition with ICP profiles
- Build repeatable systems for engagement, outreach, and content distribution that scale across multiple accounts
- Track and report on metrics that matter: qualified inbound messages, connection-to-conversation rate, and attributable pipeline
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure LinkedIn output aligns with broader brand positioning
- Demonstrable track record of growing LinkedIn accounts — you must show your best results in your application
- Experience reviving or repositioning 'dead' accounts with misaligned audiences strongly preferred
- Deep understanding of LinkedIn's algorithm, content formats, and engagement mechanics
- Strong copy instincts — you know what makes a founder's post stop the scroll and start a conversation
- Self-directed operator: you don't need daily oversight to move accounts forward
- No agencies. Freelancers will be considered on a case-by-case basis only
