1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the RISEVOICE website, submitting forms, booking consultations, or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the site and services immediately.

2. Description of Services

RISEVOICE is a full-service media and growth company providing organic content strategy, paid media buying, influencer and PR activations, creator partnerships, digital product development, and brand and podcast management. Specific service deliverables, timelines, milestones, and payment structures for each client engagement are defined in individual Master Service Agreements (MSAs) or Statements of Work (SOWs) executed separately. These Terms of Service govern your use of the website and general relationship with RISEVOICE; individual MSAs govern the specifics of any engagement.

3. User Obligations

When using our website or engaging our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information in all forms and communications.
  • Use the site and services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, server, or any connected systems.
  • Not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the site or its content without express written permission.
  • Provide timely access to brand assets, platform credentials, and approvals necessary for us to deliver contracted services.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, design elements, and software, is the property of RISEVOICE or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Strategic frameworks, proprietary processes, and creative assets developed during client engagements remain the exclusive property of RISEVOICE until final payment is received and ownership transfer is completed as specified in the applicable MSA. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information exchanged during any engagement. This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, performance data, creative concepts, pricing, and client lists. Confidentiality obligations survive termination of any agreement unless the information becomes publicly available through no fault of the receiving party.

6. Limitation of Liability

RISEVOICE provides marketing advisory and execution services. While we work toward measurable, revenue-focused outcomes, results depend on factors beyond our control, including third-party platform algorithms (Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube), market conditions, and client-side execution. RISEVOICE shall not be held liable for fluctuations in platform performance, algorithm changes, account suspensions by third parties, or any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability under any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RISEVOICE, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the site, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
