Where they were stuck
The long-form work was excellent — but the distribution was bottlenecked. Episodes carried genuine educational substance, yet the audience who needed it most wasn't finding the channel at scale, and there was no consistent way to translate that long-form depth into formats the algorithms reward.
What we did
We built a multi-platform content engine around the podcast — repurposing each episode into platform-native short-form for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok rather than posting the same clip everywhere. Hooks, pacing, and packaging were calibrated to each platform's discovery mechanics, with a consistent publishing cadence holding it in place.
